You are invited to join the world-renowned fitness leader and creator of Yogalates, Louise Solomon, who will be personally conducting a 5 day intensive at The Talalla Retreat in Sri Lanka.

Talalla Retreat is an exquisitely beautiful private beachfront resort located on the southern tip of Sri Lanka. The beach is pristine, the water is turquoise, the climate is tropical and no one has ever left Talalla Retreat with anything less than a feeling of absolute tranquillity and peace. This is a very, very special place.

Twice daily sessions with Louise will be conducted in the stunning purpose built Yoga Pavilion. For the rest of your time we invite you to pamper yourself in the spa or just relax and enjoy the beauty.

The total cost will be US$760 per person twin share or US$850 for a single.
This price includes all of your sessions, accommodation and food.

Louise will also be available for private consultations.
The cost for these will be US$110 per hour.
